Music City Record Collector's Convention

Venue: Music Valley Event Center, 2416 Music Valley Dr. #144, Nashville TN 37214

The MCRC will be held at the Music Valley Event Center, just across McGavock Pike from the Opryland Hotel (in the shopping center directly behind the host of our first event, the Nashville Palace). Our usable space increases from about 5,000 square feet to over 7,000 square feet, and we will increase from about 60 to about 80 vendor spaces.  8' x 30" tables will be provided for the standard table spaces, and there will also few a few smaller, 8' x 18" tables available for a lower price.

The convention will be heavily promoted to record collectors in the middle Tennessee area via social media, widely distributed flyers, appearances at other local events, and every attempt will be made to gain coverage from local print media, TV and radio. Food and drinks will be sold in the venue, and we are also hoping to arrange to have some food trucks on site.  Our first event was attended by over 550 people, and we are working to make sure there will be even more at the next event.  We are also currently working to add other fun music related events, and hope to be able to make more announcements soon.

Regular Admission: $5 for adults, kids get in free.  There is plenty of free parking for all vendors and customers..

 

VENDOR PRICES:

Table Space - $30 - $55 (10% discount for two or more tables)

 

CONVENTION SCHEDULE:

  • Load In - 6:30AM - 8:15AM. There are four sets of double doors that will make for an easy load in. 
  • The convention will be open from 8:30am - 6pm, with the first ninety minutes being reserved for a limited amount of customers that purchase an Early Bird Special pass in advance. 
  • Load Out - 6:00PM - 7:30PM.
