$10 - Only 50 people (one per vendor) will be admitted during the first hour of the convention (9:00AM - 10AM). Early bird passes will only be sold in advance. No paper ticket is issued - your name will be on a list at the door. Early Bird Passes are now on sale:
REGULAR ADMISSION (10am-5pm)
Adults: $5 - Paid at door. Cash or Card accepted, but cash (and exact change) will get you in the quickest.

There is plenty of free, convenient parking surrounding the building.
We will have approximately 50 vendor spaces for our third Nashville event! We will have vendors from all over the Southeast, with a wide variety of collectable records and other music memorabilia - scroll down for the vendor list.
The Music City Record Convention will be held at the world famous Nashville Palace, 2611 McGavock Pike, Nashville TN, 37214 The vendor space will be in the parlour room , totaling over 5,000 square feet and 50 vendor spaces.
Food and drinks will be available throughout the day.

#2, 3 & 4: The Great Escape, Nashville TN
The Great Escape has been the mid-south's leading place to buy, sell & trade used, new, collectible and out-of-print DVDs, CDs, Records, Comic Books, Games & more since 1977, and currently have stores in Nashville, Madison, Bowling Green and Louisville. The MCRCC will be held at the Nashville Palace,just across from the main entrance of the Opryland Hotel. Our usable space is about 5,000 square feet, about willbe about 50 vendor spaces. 8' x 30" tables will be provided for the standard table spaces
The convention will be heavily promoted to record collectors in the middle Tennessee area via social media, widely distributed flyers, appearances at other local events, and every attempt will be made to gain coverage from local print media, TV and radio. Food and drinks will be sold in the venue, and we are also hoping to arrange to have some food trucks on site. Our first event was attended by over 550 people, and we are working to make sure there will be even more at the next event. We are also currently working to add other fun music related events, and hope to be able to make more announcements soon.
Regular Admission: $5 for adults, kids get in free. There is plenty of free parking for all vendors and customers..
Table Space - $45 (10% discount for two or more tables)
- Load In - 7:30AM - 8:45AM. There are two sets of double doors at the back of the building that will make for an easy load in.
- The convention will be open from 9:00am - 5:00pm, with the first sixty minutes being reserved for a limited amount of customers that purchase an Early Bird Special pass in advance.
- Load Out - 5:00PM - 6:30PM.
